Privacy policy
GrapevinePass has no accounts, no sign ups, and nothing to sell you. The site reads public road data and shows it to you; it does not need to know who you are to do that.
What is collected
Standard server logs (page requested, time, browser type) are kept briefly for security and reliability. If analytics are enabled, they are aggregate counts of page views through Google Analytics, used to learn which passes and pages drivers need most. No location tracking, no advertising trackers, and no sale or sharing of personal data, because none is gathered.
Embeds and outbound links
Camera stills are served by Caltrans from its own image servers, so loading a camera page contacts Caltrans the way loading QuickMap would. The widget offered on this site is a plain iframe with no scripts and no tracking. Links to official sources leave this site and follow those sites' own policies.
